浅谈高职高专“复合型”英语教师培养途径与策略

随着高等教育职业教育改革的不断深入,高职英语教学正逐步从公共英语向行业英语转型,高职英语教师如何适应行业英语教学,高职院校又如何打造具有专业特色的"复合型"英语师资队伍,这些都已成为高职院校英语教学管理中所面临的重要任务。在分析研究高职院校公共英语师资队伍现状的基础上,针对培养和建设高职公共英语师资队伍提出了若干建议,以期促进"复合型"高职英语教师的培养。

With the development of higher education and occupation education reforms, higher vocational English teaching is gradually transformed from the public English to the industrial English. For English teachers in higher vocational colleges, how to cater to the industrial English teaching, and how to create special inter - disciplinary English teachers, has become an important task of English teaching management in higher vocational colleges. This essay puts forward some suggestions to promote the cultivation and construction of higher vocational public English teaching staffs based on the analysis of current situation of public English teachers in higher vocational coleges.
