高职高专院校人才培养规模不断扩大,但毕业生与实际岗位需求存在脱节现象。这就要求高职高专院校从外贸实际需求出发,推行一种与外贸企业合作创新的人才培养模式。介绍了双向嵌入合作创新模式的特点和具体的实行方式,探讨了实行过程中可能会存在的问题,最终提出应对策略。

The higher vocational colleges develop very quickly, but there is the gap between the quality of graduates and the needs of some enterprises. Thus on the basis of the needs of foreign trade, the higher vocational colleges may carry out a cooperative creative talent training model. This article introduces the features and courses of the two - way embedding cooperative creation model, and analyzes the problems. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures.
