2008年8月10日,从全市各机关选拔出来的53名优秀干部,迅速组建起宁波援建青川援建大军。17天后,在史济权指挥长的率领下,这支由铮铮铁汉组成的指挥部,带着全市人民的重托,和宁波市四大建设单位援助者一起,告别家人,义无反顾地进驻到了青川,打响了青川县的震后援建第一枪。
On May 12, 2008, the devastating earthquake hit Qingchuan. To assist in the reconstruction of quake-hit Qingchuan, Ningbo responded very quickly. In August 2008, the Ningboto-Qingchuan Rebuilding Assistance Command Center was established and rushed to Qingchuan immediate after 53 outstanding cadres were selected from all the governmental sectors over the city. In the following 780 days, the constructors from Ningbo were highly appraised for their speed and quality in finishing the reconstruction projects, creating a miracle by rebuilding a new county within 15 months. In April 2010, the stories of Ningboto-Qingchuan Rebuilding Assistance Group were reported by our magazine and had a great influence. This April, we visited Qingchuan again, together with former leaders and some participators of the Ningbo-to-Qingchuan Rebuilding Assistance Group, in the hope to bring good news from Qingchuan to the people of Ningbo who care about Qingchuan's development all the time.
