中药退热贴治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染发热49例疗效观察

Clinical effect of TCM antipyretic paste treating 49 cases of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection

目的观察中药退热贴对小儿急性上呼吸道感染(AURTI)发热的退热效果。方法将98例AURTI发热患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各49例。治疗组采用中药退热贴穴位贴敷,对照组给予西药布洛芬混悬液口服,比较2组的退热效果。结果治疗组退热效果明显优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论中药退热贴治疗AURTI发热患儿具有退热效果好、不良反应小、操作方便、依从性好等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of TCM antipyretic paste on acute upper respiratory infections （AURTI） in children. Methods 98 cases of AURTI children with fever were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 49 cases each. The treatment group was given acupoint sticking with TCM antipyretic paste, and the control group was given medicine ibuprofen oral suspension. The antipyretie effects of two groups were compared. Results The antipyretic effect of the treatment group was significantly prior to that of the control group, the difference of the two groups was highly statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion In treating AU- RTI children with fever, TCM antipyretic paste has advantages of good effects, minor side effects, easy operation and good compliance, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
