中西医结合治疗小儿颌面部急性化脓性淋巴结炎30例疗效观察

Efficacy and safety of integrated TCM and western medicines treating 30 cases of maxillofacial acute suppurative lymphadenitis in children

目的探讨中西医结合治疗小儿颌面部急性化脓性淋巴结炎的疗效及安全性。方法将60例颌面部急性化脓性淋巴结炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予童肿膏贴敷,比较2组患儿的临床疗效、局部消肿时间、局部压痛消退时间、发热消退时间、切开排脓情况、疗程等。结果治疗组局部消肿时间、局部压痛消退时间、发热消退时间、疗程均小于对照组,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组的切开排脓例数分别为1例与6例,2组比率分别为3.33%与20.00%,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗小儿颌面部急性化脓性淋巴结炎能显著提高疗效,减少切开排脓的例数,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of integrated TCM and western medicines treating maxillofacial acute suppurative lymphadenitis in children. Methods 60 patients of maxillofacial acute suppurative lymphadenitis were divided randomly into a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases each. The control group were treated by conventional western medicines. The treatment group, based on the above, were given Children Swollen Cream. The clinical efficacy, the subsiding time of swelling, subsiding time of tenderness, fever fading, patients＇ incision and drainage and disease course in two groups were compared. Results The clinical efficacy, subsiding time of swelling, subsiding time of tenderness, fever fading and disease course were all shorter than those of the control group, the differences of the two groups were highly statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The incision number of patients in the treatment group and the control group were respectively 1 case and 6 cases, and the rates of two groups were 3.33% and 20.00%, there were significantly statistical differences between them（ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions In the treatment of maxillofacial acute suppurative lymphadenitis in children, integrated TCM and western medicines can significantly improve the therapeutic efficacy and reduce the number of cases of incision and drainage. It is worthy of promotion in clinic.
