理气暖胃止痛贴外敷治疗儿童功能性腹痛30例临床观察

Clinical efficacy of regulating qi warming stomach and relieving pain external pasting in the treatment of 30 cases of infantile functional abdominal pain

目的观察理气暖胃止痛贴外敷治疗儿童功能性腹痛的临床疗效。方法收集符合条件的患儿60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组外敷理气暖胃止痛贴,对照组选用双歧三联活菌口服,腹痛较剧时口服山莨菪碱片。治疗前及治疗第1,2个疗程末各检查、记录临床症状及体征1次。结果治疗组痊愈14例,有效13例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%;对照组痊愈6例,有效17例,无效7例,总有效率76.67%,表明治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论理气暖胃止痛贴治疗儿童功能性腹痛疗效肯定,患儿及家长易于接受。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of regulating qi warming stomach and relieving pain ex- ternal pasting in the treatment of infantile functional abdominal pain. Methods 60 cases of infantile functional ab- dominal pain were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases each. The treatment group were given regulating qi warming stomach and relieving pain paste, and the control group were treated by bi- rico oral liquid, with scopolamine in severe pain. The clinical symptoms and signs before treatment and at the end of the course were respectively recorded for once. Results 14 cases in treatment group recovered, 13 cases effec- tive, 3 cases no effect, with the overall response rate of 90.00%. 6 cases in the control group were cured, 17 cases effective, 7 cases no effect, with the overall response rate of 76.67%. It was clear the curative effect of the treat- ment group was better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Regulating qi warming stomach and re- lieving pain taste has definite clinical effect in the treatment of infantile functional abdominal pain, easy for children and parents to accept.
