中药现代经皮导入给药佐治小儿急性腹泻临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect observation of TCM percutaneous import in adjuvant treatment of children cute diarrhea

目的探讨中药经皮导入给药的应用价值,为小儿急性腹泻病提供有效的辅助治疗措施。方法采用随机数字表法将72例门诊确诊为急性腹泻病的患儿分为治疗组37例和对照组35例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药经皮导入给药,治疗1周后,评价2组的疗效。结果治疗组和对照组止泻天数分别为(3.35±1.78)d和(4.72±2.01)d,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。2组患儿均未发现明显不良反应。结论在常规治疗基础上,佐以中药经皮导入给药治疗小儿急性腹泻起效快、无创伤、无痛苦,且未见明显不良反应,易为患儿及家长接受,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value of TCM percutaneous import in adjuvant treatment of children diarrhea and provide effective auxiliary treatment for children cute diarrhea. Methods Radom number table was used and 72 cases of children with cute diarrhea were divided into a treatment group of 37 cases and a control group of 35 cases. The control group were given conventional treatment. The treatment group, based on the above, were treated with TCM percutaneous import. One week after treatment, the effect of two groups were evalua- ted. Results The extinction time of diarrhea in two groups were respectively （ 3.35 _＋ 1.78 ） days and （4.72 ＋ 2. O1 ）days, the difference of the two groups was highly statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Obvious adverse reac- tion were not found in both groups. Conclusion On the basis of routine therapy, TCM percutaneous import treat- ment of children cute diarrhea has quick effect, without trauma, pain, and obvious adverse reaction, easily accept- ed by children and their parents, and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
