丹苓茵陈蒿汤佐治新生儿黄疸163例疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of Danling Yinchenhao Tang in the treatment of 163 cases of neonatal jaundice

目的探讨丹苓茵陈蒿汤佐治新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法选取本院2013年4月至2014年6月收治的新生儿黄疸患儿326例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各163例。对照组采用蓝光照射和药物治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合中药丹苓茵陈蒿汤进行治疗,观察2组患儿治疗后的疗效以及黄疸指标的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为87.1%,对照组为79.8%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组患儿日平均胆红素下降值为(49.71±23.13)μmol/L、黄疸完全消退的平均时间为(5.4±2.6)d,均显著优于对照组的(33.74±21.08)μmol/L和(7.4±4.7)d,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05);2组患儿治疗后不良反应比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论丹苓茵陈蒿汤治疗新生儿黄疸疗效显著,不良反应小,适合在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Danling Yinchenhao Tang in the treatment of neo- natal jaundice. Methods 326 children with neonatal jaundice from April 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, 163 cases each. The control group used the Blu-ray radiation and medicines, and the treatment group were additionally given Danling Yinchenhao Tang. The curative effect as well as the changes of jaundice index in both groups were observed after treatment. Results The overall response rate of the treatment group was 87.1% and that of the control group was 79.8 %, the difference was statis- tically significant （P〈0.05）. The children＇s daily value of bilirubin decrease was （49.71＋23.13） p^mol/L, and the average time of complete regression of jaundice was （5.4_＋2.6） days. Both were significantly better than those of the control group （33.74_＋21.08） ~mol / L and （7.4＋4.7） days, the differences were statistically signif- icant （P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions after treatment in two groups were compared and the difference was not sta- tistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Danling Yinchenhao Tang can significantly improve the curative effect in treating neonatal jaundice, with minor adverse reactions and worthy of clinical application.
