中西医结合护理干预小儿哮喘43例临床观察

Efficacy observation of integrative nursing intervention on 43 cases of infantile asthma

目的探讨中西医结合护理干预小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法 86例哮喘患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,各43例。2组均进行冬病夏治穴位贴敷,对照组在此基础上给予西医护理干预,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合中医护理,观察2组患儿护理后的临床疗效及复发情况等。结果治疗组总有效率为90.70%,对照组为65.12%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);2组患儿护理后住院次数、发作次数及急诊次数显著短于护理前,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组护理后住院次数、发作次数及急诊次数显著短于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗依从性、满意度显著高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05),住院时间短于对照组,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理干预小儿哮喘效果显著,可明显减少患儿发作次数和住院次数,对哮喘预防有积极作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of integrative nursing intervention on infantile asthma. Methods 86 cases of children with asthma were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, 43 cases in each group. Both groups were given summer treatment on winter disease with acupoint sticking therapy. The control group, based on the above, received western nursing intervention. The treatment group, based on the treatment of the control group, obtained TCM nursing. The clinical efficacy and relapse cases of children in two groups were obser~~d. Results The overall response rate of the treatment group was 90.70%, and that of control group was 65.12% , the differences of the two groups were highly statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After nurs- ing, the hospital stays, recurrences, and clinic emergencies in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The compliance and satisfaction degree of treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The length of hospital stay of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Integrative nursing intervention has significant effect on infantile asthma, and can reduce the number of recurrences and hospitalizations in children, having a positive effect on asthma preven- tion, worthy of clinical application.
