原发性肝癌患者主要照顾者抑郁状况及影响因素研究

The depression in the primary caregivers of hepatocellular carcinoma patients and its causes

目的探讨原发性肝癌患者主要照顾者抑郁状况及影响因素。方法使用抑郁自评量表对200例原发性肝癌患者主要照顾者进行问卷调查,对其抑郁状况及其影响因素进行评价。结果原发性肝癌患者主要照顾者抑郁自评量表SDS得分为(62.05±8.33)分,显著高于国内常模(P<0.01)。单因素分析结果显示,抑郁组与非抑郁组照顾者在家庭收入、文化程度、照顾持续时间、患者病程时间、TMN分期、患者对疾病是否知情等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);多因素logistic回归分析显示,照顾持续时间、家庭收入、患者TMN分期、患者病程时间是影响因素(P<0.05)。结论原发性肝癌患者主要照顾者存在较严重的抑郁情绪,照顾持续时间、家庭收入、患者TMN分期、患者病程时间是照顾者抑郁的主要影响因素。

Objective To understand the depression which primary caregivers of hepatocellular carcinoma patients suffer and its causes.Method 200 primary caregivers of hepatocellular carcinoma patients were surveyed with self-designed general information questionnaire and the self-rating depressions cale （SDS）.Findings The score of SDS was （62.05 ± 8.33）, which was higher than that as measured by Chinese criteria （P 〈0.01）.Duration of care, family income level, the TNM classification, and the course of disease were found to have been the main factors resulting in depression of primary caregivers. Conclusion The primary caregivers of hepatocellular carcinoma patients experience severe depression.The length of work time, family income, TMN and the course of disease are the main factors that lead to depression in the primary care providers of hepatocellular carcinoma patients.
