摘要
抑郁症(major depression disorder,MDD)是一种情绪调节存在缺陷的情感障碍,表现为消极情感的持续增强和积极情感的持续减弱,还会表现出广泛的情感症状和认知方面的损伤。本文对近年来抑郁症患者情绪调节的研究文献进行梳理,重点概述行为控制、注意控制和认知控制情绪调节下抑郁症患者情绪调节的实验范式和神经基础,并探讨该领域未来的研究方向。
Major depression disorder is a disorder characterized by impaired emotion regulation.It is embodied as sustained negative affect and a persistent reduction in positive affect.It is also associated with a wide range of affective and cognitive impairments.This paper presents a review we have conducted on the studies over recent years on emotion regulation of depression with a focus on an overview of behavioral control, attention control and cognitive control of emotion regulation paradigm under depression and the neurologic foundation of emotion regulation.A discussion of future research directions in the field is also presented.
