高剂量缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎合并高血压的疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨不同剂量缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎合并高血压的疗效。方法将76例慢性肾小球肾炎合并高血压患者随机分为A组(38例)和B组(38例),分别给予口服缬沙坦160 mg/d、320 mg/d,疗程为6个月。结果 A组、B组总有效率和不良反应发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者24 h尿蛋白均较治疗前有显著降低,但B组降低幅度显著大于A组(P<0.05);B组血清肌酐较治疗前有显著降低,肾小球滤过率显著升高(均P<0.05)。结论慢性肾小球肾炎合并高血压患者给予320 mg/d缬沙坦治疗效果更好,可更有效减低尿蛋白和保护肾脏功能,且不增加不良反应。
