摘要
在深入分析民办本科高校信息化特点的基础上对核心文献进行梳理,遴选了43个评价指标构成了民办本科高校信息化初始评价指标集。采用相关分析和主成分分析对初始指标进行实证筛选,最终构建了由14个指标构成的简约评价指标体系。通过熵权法为指标赋权并构建综合评价模型对21所民办本科高校的信息化水平进行了综合评价。结果表明:指标体系精简合理,有较好的内部一致性信度和内容效度,用33%的指标反映了92%的原始信息,且充分体现了民办本科高校的信息化特点;熵权法在一定程度上丰富和发展了高校信息化综合评价方法。
Based on informatization characteristics of private undergraduate colleges and the relevant studies, the paper intensively chooses the 43 initial evaluation indicators suited for informatization evaluation of private under- graduate colleges and then establishes the brief evaluation indicators system involving 14 indicators by adopting cor- relation analysis together with principle component analysis to screen the indicators. By using entropy weight meth- od to determine the weights of indicators, Comprehensive Evaluation Model is established to evaluate inforrnatization level of 21 private undergraduate colleges. The result shows that the final indicators system has high reliability and validity using 33% of initial indicators to reflect 92% of original information; besides, entropy weight method de- velops the methods of researching college informatization comprehensive evaluation to a certain extent.
