脑电双频指数监测在脑出血术后患者镇静中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析脑电双频指数监测在脑出血术后患者镇静中的作用。方法选择2013-05—2014-02我院脑出血手术患者56例,采用丙泊酚靶控输注法进行镇静,检测BIS及Ce值与Ramsay评分并进行相关性分析。结果随着镇静的加深,Ramsay评分逐渐增高,Ce值逐渐增加,而BIS逐渐下降。结论脑电双频指数监测在脑出血术后患者镇静中可有效检测镇静程度。
