摘要
以5年生酿酒葡萄"蛇龙珠"为试验材料,通过不同副梢处理,研究了酿酒葡萄蛇龙珠果穗长、单果质量等生长指标和可溶性总糖、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸等品质指标的变化.结果表明:在葡萄果实的整个发育期,副梢保留3片叶(处理4)的果穗长、可溶性总糖、可溶性固形物含量均显著高于其他各处理;花后105 d,与副梢全部保留处理相比,副梢保留3片叶(处理4)和副梢保留2片叶(处理3)处理总酚和单宁含量为各处理中最高;果实成熟期果实可滴定酸含量为副梢全部保留处理最高;说明适当程度的副梢修剪可以提高酿酒葡萄蛇龙珠的果实品质.
Taking 5-year-old wine grape "Cabemet Gemischt" as experimental material, to study the effect on different axillary shoot treatments in berry cluster length, single beery mass, total soluble sugar, soluble solid, titrable acid. The results show thal: in the whole development process treatment 4's total soluble sugars, soluble solids content was significantly higher than other treatments; 105 days after anthesis, treatment 4 and treatment 3's total phenols and tannins content are the highest of all treatments; titrable acid of treatment 1 was the highest for all the trentments at fruit ripening period; explain the appropriate level of axillary shoot pruning can improve berry quality of wine grapes 'Cabemet Gemischt'.
