国内外恩古吉·瓦·提安哥研究述评与展望

A Review and Prospect of Researches on Ngugi wa Thiong'o Abroad and at Home

恩古吉·瓦·提安哥是当今影响力最大的非裔英国移民作家之一,因对肯尼亚地区历史发展和民族文化的细致描绘获得了国内外学界的关注。由于恩古吉创作主题和手法的复杂性,国外对恩古吉的评论也呈现多元性,尤其是从后殖民主义批评、女性主义批评、身份危机以及宗教信仰等视角进行了分析和评论。国内对恩古吉的研究尚处于起始阶段。文章对迄今国内外恩古吉研究进行了综述,并展望了研究前景。

Ngugi wa Thiong＇o is one of the most influential contemporary Afro‐British immigrant writ‐ers .He gains domestic and international attention for his careful description of the historical develop‐ment of Kenya and the national culture .The complexity of Ngugi＇s writing in theme and technique has led to the plurality and multiplicity of criticism of Ngugi abroad ,especially analysis and comments from the perspective of postcolonial criticism ,feminist criticism ,identity crisis ,religious belief and so on .The domestic research on Ngugi is still in the initial stage .This paper attempts a brief review of studies on Ngugi abroad and at home as well as a prospect for its future .
