大型低速共轨电喷船用柴油机排放特性分析 被引量:5

摘要 为研究船舶柴油机的防污染问题,依据《MARPOL 1973/78》附则VI对船舶柴油机排放物的最新要求,对船用某大型低速二冲程十字头共轨电喷柴油机进行排放测试,分析排放物(THC,NOx,CO2,CO和O2)随负荷变化的排放特性,得出按推进特性运行时THC,NOx,CO2,CO和O2的排放规律.结果表明:该型柴油机在各负荷下运行时,缸内燃烧过程充分;按经济理念设计的降速运行可获得经济效益;与传统柴油机相比,该型柴油机在NOx和CO2排放上明显改善. To prevent the pollution from marine diesel engines,the emission test of a large-scale low-speed two-stroke crosshead common-rail diesel engine with electronic fuel injection is conducted according to the latest emission requirement of marine diesel engines in MARPOL 1973/78 Annex VI. Emission characteristics of THC,NOx ,CO2 ,CO and O2 with different engine loads are analyzed,and their emis-sion rules are obtained under the propulsion characteristic condition. The results show that,this type of diesel engines is of a full in-cylinder combustion process under different loading conditions,a higher eco-nomic benefit can be achieved at low steaming that is designed according to economical idea,and the NOx and CO2 emissions of this type of diesel engine reduce significantly compared with those of traditional marine diesel engines.
