摘要
随着新的大气污染物排放标准的实施,水泥工业面临氮氧化物减排的巨大压力。分析了氮氧化物的形成机理及低氮燃烧技术、氨水脱销技术的利弊,介绍了水泥窑系统氮氧化物生成控制的基本思路,并以RSP分解炉为例,通过合理规划设计分解炉的燃烧空间,提出了水泥窑炉低氮还原煅烧的改造原则,从而实现减少氨水使用,降低氮氧化物排放的目的。
With the implementation of the new atmospheric emission standard, cement industry is facing the enormous pressure of the nitrogen oxide emission. This paper analyzes the formation mechanism of nitrogen oxides , the technology of low nitrogen combustion and the advantages and disadvantages of ammonia denitration technology, which also introduce the basic ideas of NOx control of cement kiln. Taking RSP preealciner as an example, it is proposed that transformation principle of low nitrogen reduction combustion of the ce- ment kiln through reasonable planning and designing the combustion space of precalciner. So it can realize the purpose of reducing the use of ammonia water and nitrogen oxide emissions.
