摘要
以某项目用洪堡型高分离效率的预热器结构为例,采用数值仿真技术对整套五级旋风预热器进行数值模拟,研究和分析了模拟结果中C1~C5各级旋风筒的压力场、速度场及颗粒分布场,同时定量计算出各级旋风筒的压损、截面速度及物料停留时间,以验证整套预热器结构设计的合理性。
Numerical simulation technology is adopted to simulate the set of five stage cyclone preheater taking the preheater structure of Humboldt high separation efficiency as an example, then researching and analyzing the s^mulation results of pressure field, speed field and particle distribution field of C1-C5 at all levels of the cyclone. Meanwhile, the quantitative calculation at all levels of the cyclone is adopted to calculate the pressure loss, velocity of cross section and material retention time, So it is verified that the rationality of whole preheater structure design.
