摘要
连续重力充气搅拌式均化生料库可以通过调整库内底部充气区的充气变换模式来提高生料均化效果。以中材国际巴拉圭Tupi项目Φ120m的NGF生料均化库为例,分析了两种不同充气模式对生料均化效果的影响。检测结果表明,第一种充气模式均化系数更高,均化效果更好,但用气量和用电量消耗较多。实际应用中,应根据生料均化系数要求来合理选择充气模式。
The homogenization effect of continuous- fluidizing- stirring raw meal homogenisation silo can be improved by changing the inflatable mode. Taking Sinoma International Paraguay Tupi project Ф12 m NGF raw meal homogenisation silo as an example, the effect of two different inflatable modes were analysed, and the testing results show that the first one mode has higher homogenisation coefficient and better effect, but more gas and power consumption. In practical application, we should choose the suitable inflation mode according to the required homogenization coefficient.
