Knowledge-based economy requires that social development be base d on knowledge,science and education.The function of university becomes more and more exensive and socialization.It is a necessity for universities to join in the development of the regional economy.This paper discusses the relationship between the university's knowledge&technology innovation capacity and regional economy,and gives demonstrated figure s and analysis in Zhejiang province.
