超声刀与高频电刀作为胸外科微创手术中的重要手术切割止血器械,在胸外科的常规胸腔镜以及开胸手术中具有不同的使用特点。超声刀因术野清晰、手术操作精细、热效应低等特点具有很强的实用性。但在有些特殊情况下,高频电刀的作用是不可替代的。该文通过对超声刀与电刀在食管、肺部、纵隔肿瘤、淋巴结清扫等常规胸外科手术中的具体使用特点,将两种手术器械在不同手术中的优势进行详细的比较,同时对未来手术器械发展进行展望。

As the significant operative instruments in minimally invasive thoracic surgery , ultrasounic-harmonic scalpel（UHS） and electrotome have different characteristics in various surgeries.UHS has strong practical applicability due to the features of clear surgery field , the operation precision, and low thermal effect.However electrotome plays an irreplaceable role in some particular situations .Here is to evaluate and summarize their advantages in various kinds of thoracic surgeries,such as the surgery for hemopneumothorax, esophageal cancer,lung cancer, mediastinal tumor,and lymph node cleaning,and make outlook in the devel-opment of the operative instruments in future.
