Research Progress of Internal Therapy of Chinese Medicine in Endometriosis

子宫内膜异位症属妇科领域的疑难病,以进行性加重的痛经为主要临床表现,以不孕为常见临床结局。其病理过程的进展往往加重临床表现,使病理产物增加,而病理产物的增加又促进病理过程的进展,从而导致恶性循环,严重影响女性身心健康。近年来,中医立足"瘀血"为其基本病机,无论从实验研究还是临床研究角度治疗该病均取得了很好的成效。该文就子宫内膜异位症中医内治法的研究进展予以综述。

Endometriosis is a type of stubborn disease in gynecology,with progression of dysmenorrheal as the main symptoms and dysgenesis as the clinical result, affecting women′s physical and mental health badly due to the vicious circle of pathological process and products.In recent years,therapy of Chinese medi-cine has a good effect on endometriosis from the basic pathogenesis of ″blood stasis″.Both the experimental study and the clinical study have seen good results.Here is to make a review of the progress of internal therapy of Chinese medicine in endometriosis.
