公共卫生个人信息泄露问题及对策研究

随着卫生信息化的发展,卫生部门可以更快捷地利用信息化手段收集公众的医疗卫生信息,提高卫生服务效率,但随之而来的"个人信息泄露"问题也引起了人们的担忧和重视。文章通过列举卫生信息化进程中"个人信息泄露"事件,阐述个人信息泄露的危害,从实际应用的角度对公共卫生信息泄露问题进行分析,最后从管理者角度对信息安全工作提出切实可行的对策。

With the development of health information,information on health departments can more quickly by means of information collection of public health, improve the efficiency of health service, but following the personal information leakage＇ problem has aroused people＇s concern and attention. In this paper, through the example of health information in the process of ＇personal information leakage＇ incident, the paper expounds the harm of leakage of personal information, carries on the analysis to the public health information leakage problem from the point of practical application, and finally from the perspective of information security management work put forward the feasible countermeasure.
