Distribution system of graduate scholarship is the focus problem,which is paid close attention to by graduate education workers and all the graduates.As a result,this thesis begins with the status quo of distribution system,using quantitative method of Delphi and fuzzy mathematics,and comes up with some maneuverable advice to the system's standardization and scientization.
