康复护理对脑卒中患者摄食-吞咽功能恢复的应用效果观察

Curative effect observation of rehabilitation nursing for feeding-swallowing functional recovery in stroke patients

目的探讨康复护理对脑卒中患者摄食-吞咽功能恢复的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的158例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各79例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予康复护理干预。比较2组经摄食-吞咽功能训练后吞咽障碍程度和不良反应发生情况。结果 2组治疗后在摄食-吞咽障碍程度方面并无明显差异(P>0.05),而观察组治疗过程中出现误咽、误吸、食管反流以及肺部感染的人数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者摄食-吞咽功能训练过程中采取相应的康复护理干预,可有效减少患者出现误咽、误吸、食管反流以及肺部感染的发生率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To comparatively analyze the effect of the rehabilitation nursing intervention on feeding and swallo‐wing function training in stroke patients.Methods 158 cases with stroke treated in our hospital from February 2011 to August 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,79 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing care ,observation group received rehabilitation nursing intervention on basis of the control group. The situation of swal‐lowing disorder and adverse reactions were compared in two groups after feeding‐swallowing functional training. Results The degree of swallowing disorder showed no significant difference in two groups after treatment （P〉 0.05） ,while the cases of complications such as deglutition ,aspiration ,esophageal reflux and lung infection in observation group were obviously less than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Taking relevant rehabilitation nursing intervention in the process of feeding‐swallowing functional training can effectively reduce the occurrence rate of deglutition ,aspiration ,esophageal reflux and the pulmonary infection ,which is worthy of clinical application.
