摘要
利用超声波辅助纤维素酶提取茶叶废料中的茶多酚,以茶多酚得率作为指标,通过正交实验优化提取工艺。结果表明,最佳的工艺条件为料液比为1∶60(g/m L)、提取温度为40℃、固定化酶用量为4 mg/g、丙酮体积分数为80%,在此条件下茶多酚得率可达17.79%。
This artical presented the ultrasound bath-assisted enzymatic hydrolysis procedures as extraction technology of tea polyphenol from tea waste. The experiment was designed with orthogonal method, and the yield of tea-polyphenols was used as the testing index. The results showed that the best conditions of extraction were obtained as follows: the ratio of material with solvent 1 : 60, temperature of extraction 40℃, enzyme content 4 mg/g, acetone concentration 80%, the tea tannin extraction volume was 17.79%.
