摘要
本文采用GC-MS法分析一种香精精油的成份,通过改变初始柱温、升温速率、进样方式等条件探索合适的GC-MS分析方法。发现初始温度为50℃、升温速率为2.5℃/min为较佳色谱条件。同时结合采用溶液稀释和直接进样的方法得到的质谱图,可解析出该香精精油的主要成份为二丙二醇、佳乐麝香、二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯、铃兰醛、芳樟醇、乙酸苄酯等。
An essential oil was analyzed and volatile components were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The effects of start temperature, heating rate and sample dilution on TIC spectra were studied in detail. The optimal separation of more than 50 components was observed at starting temperature 50℃ and 2.5℃/min heating rate. The retention time of the components would be shorted by sample diluted in methanol. The main components were identified as dipropylene glycol, methyl dihydrojasmonate, galaxolide, lilial, linalol and benzyl acetate.
