摘要
介绍了多电飞机环控系统的功能和原理,研究了高速电机驱动的空气循环制冷技术,并设计出由高速电机驱动的闭环式空气循环系统。以B787为例建模,选择永磁同步电机驱动压气机,采用电压空间矢量PWM方式控制电机系统。利用Simplorer、Maxwell与MATLAB软件对闭环系统进行建模仿真,验证了模型具有良好的稳态和动态性能,以及高速电机用于循环制冷的合理性。
This article described the functions and principles of Environmental Control System of More Electric Aircraft,did researches on the technology of Air Cycle Refrigeration System drived by High Speed Motor and designed closed- loop air circulation system drived by High Speed Motor. It builded a model according to the example of B787,selected the permanent magnet synchronous motor to drive compressor and controlled the motor system using Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation. Finally,the paper simulated the closed- loop system with Ansoft Simplorer,Maxwell and MATLAB. It verified the desirable performance in static and dynamic condition of this model as well as the rationality of High Speed Motor for Air Cycle Refrigeration System.
