摘要
为预防和减少风偏跳闸,分析了2014年7月29日河南地区连续发生的风偏跳闸现象。分析认为风偏故障的主要原因有:1强风使导线风偏角过大;2暴雨降低空气间隙的放电电压;3设计对恶劣气象估计不足。在分析的基础上,探索了超高压线路风偏的特点和规律,提出在线路设计、运行治理方面的意见,可供其它超高压、特高压线路防风偏改造借鉴。
In order to reduce the trip caused by windage yaw, the windage yaw trips in Henan area in July 29, 2014 are analyzed. The main reason of windage discharge are: 1)The windage yaw is too big due to strong wind;2)The discharge voltage reduce due to heavy rain;3)Estirnation of scurviness of meteorological condition is not efficient. Based on the research results, the characteristics and rules of windage yaw of EHV transmission lines are discussed. Suggestions on design of construction and improvement during operation for transmission lines are proposed, which would provide reference to avoid similar failures of EHV and UHV transmission lines.
