摘要
轴向位移是火力发电厂汽轮机正常运行过程中的主要监视参数之一,是反映轴向推力的主要参数。通过轴向位移的变化可以监视联合轴承的工作情况,以及通流部分动静部件轴向间隙的变化情况。轴向位移超过极限,可能引起推力轴瓦烧毁,导致动静部分的摩擦碰撞,造成设备损坏事故。本文针对某电厂型号为N110/C68-8.83/0.981单抽式汽轮机在冷态滑参数开机过程中轴向位移突变的异常情况,就可能产生的原因加以分析,并阐述了处理方法,以供行业人员研究参考。
Axial displacement is one of the main monitoring parameters of steam turbine thermal power plant during normal operation, is the main parameter to reflect the axial thrust. Work through the change of axial displacement can be monitored by the joint bearing, and the variation of flow path of the static and dynamic components of axial clearance. Axial displacement exceeds the limit, may cause the thrust bearing pad burnt, resulting in the static part of the fi'iction and collision, cause equipment damage accidents. Aiming at a power plant model tbr abnormal condition of axial displacement mutation N 110/C68-8.83/0.981 single exhaust turbine sliding parameter in cold state start-up process, analyzes the reason is possible, and expounds the processing method, for industry personnel research reference.
