汽轮机高压主汽门阀杆断裂原因分析及修复

Analysis on reason of fracture of valve stem of turbine HP main valve and repair

针对江苏华电扬州发电有限公司#6机组#62主汽门开关异常的情况,通过分析确认主要故障发生在阀门机械部分,解体蝶阀后发现阀杆从预启阀小弹簧室根部断裂。分析了主汽门阀杆断裂的原因并提出了应对措施及检修方法。

Abnormal open-close phenomenon occurred in main steam valve No. 62 of unit No. 6 in Jiangsu Huadian Yangzhou Power Generation Company Limited. Aming at above problem,based on analysis,it was determined that the main failure occurred in mechanical part of the valve. The valve was disassembled,and it was found that the valve stem was fractured from the root segment in the small spring chamber of the pre-inlet valve.The reason of fracture of the valve stem of the main steam valve was analyzed, and the relevant countermeasures and repair method were proposed.
