摘要 介绍了汽轮机大修期间采用压医用胶布或压铅丝法测量汽封间隙存在的问题,分析了假轴测量与压铅块测量法的特点,并举例进行了应用分析。采用这2种方法,可保证汽轮机大修后启动及运行期间转子不与汽封碰磨,防止轴瓦振动超标,提高机组效率。 In steam turbine overhaul duration,the steam seal clearance was measured by medical rubberized fabric or lead wire,and the problems existed in the two methods were introduced. The features of the dummy shaft measuring method and the regulus lead measuring method were analyzed,and the application of these two methods was analyzed with examples. To adopt the two methods can avoid rubbing fault between rotor and steam seal and weaken bearing bush vibration during unit startup and operation after overhaul,and the unit efficiency can be improved.
