摘要
火力发电厂是一个庞大、复杂的系统,所涉及的相关变量繁杂,在庞大数据库中寻找主要控制参数与相关变量的关系,成为火力发电厂生产中的难点。以脱硫系统为例,利用数据分析软件SPSS研究脱硫系统厂用电率与机组负荷、脱硫系统入口SO2质量浓度、脱硫系统出口SO2质量浓度之间的关系,建立数学模型,用于指导生产。
The thermal power plant is a tremendous and complex system,which refer to complex related variables. To find the relationship between main control parameters and related variables in enormous database is the difficulty in production of thermal power plants. Taking the desulphurization system as example,using the data analysis software SPSS,the relation between the sevice power consumption rate of the desulphurization system and the unit load and the SO2 mass concentration in inlet and outlet of the desulphurization system was researched,and a mathematic model was established,which can be used to guide the power plant operation.
