摘要
制定水平井压裂等储层增产改造措施方案迫切需要水平层段固井质量评价资料作为支持,在垂直井中使用的固井质量测井仪刻度方法在水平井中不适应。通过建立柱状多层理论模型并进行井孔声场数值模拟研究,形成扇区水泥胶结测井仪器等价刻度方法,解决了测井仪在垂直段刻度、在水平段测量2种环境不匹配问题。在南2××-平××等81口水平井中应用,均取得了合格的测井资料,证明该刻度方法有效可行。
Horizontal well fracturing and other reservoir stimulation scheme urgently need horizontal cementing evaluation data as support. Because of the obvious wellbore structure difference between horizontal well and vertical well, the tool calibration method of cementing logging in vertical well is not adapted to use in horizontal well. Through the establishment of cylindrical multilayer theory model and numerical simulation of acoustic field in borehole, formed the innovative sector cement bond logging tool equivalent scale method, solved the mismatch problem of tool calibration in vertical section and logging in horizontal section. Innovative calibration method was used in 81 horizontal wells including N2 ХХ-P ХХ, getting qualified logging data. The field application proves that the new calibration method is feasible and effec- tive.
