摘要
支盘桩作为一种比较常用的变截面新型桩,具有很大的承压、抗拔和抗水平荷载的能力,而且稳定性好,具有显著的经济效益,但在理论和试验研究方面还不成熟,特别是盘本身的形态对其承载力的影响方面的研究少之又少.笔者设计了一组支盘桩室内模型试验,来研究不同盘体形状对支盘桩承载性能的影响,分别对盘底倾角为20°,30°,45°,60°的模型支盘桩进行加载试验.试验数据表明:支盘桩由于盘底倾角不同其承载力是不同的,随着该倾角由小变大,桩的承载力既不是越来越大,也不是越来越小,而是存在某一个最佳倾角使支盘桩的承载力达到最佳状态.
Disk pile is a new type of frequently-used pile . The Mechanism of action of this pile is like the root structure that has high bearing capacity under vertical load, uplift load and horizontal load. On the other hand, it has good stability and economic benefits. However, the theory and experiment of the pile with expanded plates is not very mature, especially the effect of shape of disks on the bearing capacity of the pile. Designing one set of indoor model test to find the mechanism of bearing capacity of disk piles with different shape of disk. Load text of the disk pile is carried out in sand. The bottom angles of disk are respectively 20~, 30~, 45~ and 60~. The recorded data show that the disk pile with different bottom angles have different bearing capacity. As the angle changes from small to big, the bearing capacity of pile is neither bigger and bigger, not more and more small, but there is an optimal angle.
