摘要
论文以固体火箭发动机(SRM)包覆结构粘接质量检测为研究内容,针对传统超声检测方法难以检测粘接界面贴合型脱粘问题,提出了基于Hilbert-Huang变换(HHT)的非线性超声检测方法。通过仿真信号的HHT分析,验证了HHT方法在处理非线性、非平稳信号的有效性。提取了非线性检测信号的二次谐波瞬时幅值,并提出了将二次谐波瞬时幅值作为特征参数的非线性超声检测方法。结果表明,可以用二次谐波瞬时幅值作为特征参数来表征贴合型脱粘缺陷的大小,证明了基于二次谐波瞬时幅值的非线性超声检测方法在粘接界面贴合型脱粘缺陷检测的有效性。
The adhesive quality of the coating structure of SRM is tested.It is difficult to detect the interface kissing bonds of adhesive structure by the conventional ultrasonic,the nonlinear ultrasonic testing method based on HHT is proposed.Through the analysis of simulation signal,the effectiveness of HHT method in processing non-linear,non-stationary signals is validated.The instantaneous amplitude of the second harmonic is extracted.Nonlinear ultrasonic detection method,which makes the instantaneous amplitude of the second harmonic nonlinear ultrasonic detection methods as feature parameters i proposed.The results show that the instantaneous amplitude of the second harmonic can be used as the characteristic parameter to characterize the size of the interface kissing bonds.
