基于向量相似度的新的证据推理方法

New Evidence Reasoning Method Based on Vector Similarity

摘要 D-S证据理论在信息融合领域有着广泛的应用,但有时在应用过程中会遇到一些与人的逻辑思维不相符的情况,尤其是在证据高度冲突的情况下,针对这一问题论文提出了一种基于向量相似度的证据组合方法。该方法通过向量相似度定义了证据可信度并以此生成证据权重,基于所获权重对冲突因子进行分配,最后结合D-S组合规则完成证据推理。算例分析表明新方法能有效处理几种常见的悖论与证据高度冲突的情况。 Dempster-Shafer evidence theory is widely used in the field of decision-level information fusion.But sometimes some situation which is not consistent with people's logic thinking is encountered in the application process,especially in the case of highly conflict evidence.A kind of evidence combination method is put forward based on vector similarity in order to solve this problem.This method defines the evidence reliability by vector similarity and generates the weight of evidence based on the weight of evidence conflict is distributed.In the end,the D-S evidence combination rules are combined to complete the evidence reasoning.The examples show that the new method can efficiently solve the paradox of several common and highly conflict evidence.
