摘要
作为开关电源的重要组成部分,变压器设计的优劣直接影响到电路能否正常工作和抗电磁干扰性能,关系到电路的工作性能及电路的效率等。因此如何合理地设计变压器,使其参数满足优化性能,成为研究的重点。半桥变压器的磁芯利用率高,无变压器偏磁和直流磁饱和问题,且无需添加气隙,具有较强的抗不平衡能力,有效地防止了偏磁现象的发生,在大功率开关电源的设计中得到广泛应用,其设计极为关键。在分析半桥变换器工作原理的基础上,根据Ansoft公司的有限元仿真软件,分别从能量密度分布和温度场分布的角度对半桥变压器进行优化设计,给出了变压器模型的结构示意图,并对漏感进行了分析,得到减少漏感的方法,达到优化设计的目的。
As the important part of switching power supply,transformer design will directly affect the circuit performance like normal working performance,anti-electromagnetic interference performance and circuit efficiency.So how to design the transformer reasonably to meet the performance optimization has become the focus of the study.The half-bridge transformer with high utilization rate of the core and without magnetic bias and DC magnetic saturation need not add an air gap,which has strong ability of anti-imbalance to prevent the occurrence of bias effectively.So the half-bridge transformer is widely used in the high-power switching power supply and its design is extremely critical.Based on the analysis on the working principle of half-bridge converter,Ansoft's finite element simulation software was used to optimize the design of the halfbridge transformer respectively from the two aspects of the energy density distribution and the temperature field distribution,and the model diagram of the transformer was obtained.Finally,the leakage inductance is analyzed,and the methods to reduce the leakage inductance were given out.
