摘要 设计了基于LabVIEW2013的气液增力缸式压装机压力、位移采集显示方案,通过LabVIEW+ni数据采集卡的方式实现对气液增力缸的压力、位移数据的高速采集、实时显示、大量数据存储等功能。详细介绍了系统的软、硬件设计,包括传感器的选择、信号调理模块的使用、采集卡和PC机的选型以及软件程序的编写和参数配置,并完成相关的试验,对试验数据进行了分析和处理。试验表明该方案的系统设计不仅能达到所预期的目标而且具有程序编程简单、人机界面良好、重复利用率高、采集数据准确和操作方便等优点,是一种非常有效的数据采集方案。 Planning of data acquisition for pressure and shifting of pressing machine is designed in this paper.It realizes some function of the pressing machine,for example high-speed data acquisition and real-time display of pressure and shifting,a large amount of data storage and so on.The hardware and software design of the system is introduced in detail.It includes the selection of sensors,signal conditioning module,acquisition card and pc machine,the writting of software programe and parameters'setting.In addition,the relevant test is worked and the test data is analyzed and processed in this paper.The test indicate that this planning not only arrives at the expected target but also has some advantages that consist of simple programming style,perfect man-machine interface,high repeatable utilization,accurate data acquisition and convenient operation.In a word,the acquisition scheme is highly effective.
