摘要
某工程采用滑框倒模施工技术对水电站进水口闸墩进行施工时,发生局部模板变形现象,导致闸墩上、下层混凝土之间出现"错台"、"挂帘",单层混凝土出现竖向及水平向变形、闸墩截面尺寸加大等质量问题,直接影响混凝土的浇筑质量。经分析,模板体系设计强度、刚度不足是问题出现的主要原因,可供同类施工借鉴。
A project adopts the sliding box reverse mold construction technique for hydropower station water inlet sluice pier construction, local template deformation phenomenon, lead to the pier, the lower concrete between the " faulting of slab ends ", "curtain", the concrete in the vertical and horizontal deformation, the pier cross-section size increase the quality problems, directly affect the quality of concrete pouring. Through the analysis of the template system design strength, stiffness shortage is the main reason for the problem.Reference in the similar construction.
