为了有效控制房地产建设类项目工程建设期产生的水土流失,以佛山市顺德保利中悦花园项目为例,根据工程实际确定水土保持项目的防治目标、措施体系、措施设计标准,全面分析房地产项目典型防治分区主体已有的水保措施、方案应新增水土保持措施的类型及工程量,为房地产类开发建设项目的水土保持防治措施布设提供设计方法和依据。
In order to effectively control the soil and water loss in real estate projects, using the project in foshan as example, determining the control goal, measure system and designing standard in soil and water conservation projects, analysis the types and quantities of existing measures, adding the new measures for soil and water conservation in each of typical partitions, providing the methods and basis in designing measures for soil and water conservation in real estate projects.
