摘要
目的探索一种简单实用的溶栓用大鼠急性大脑中动脉栓塞模型制作方法。方法用留置针将大鼠自体血栓从颈动脉打到大脑中动脉处,可造成急性大脑中动脉栓塞模型。结果模型组成功率高,死亡率低,且造成的脑梗死体积与目前公认的造模方法基本相同。结论该模型稳定可靠,成功率高,大大降低了手术难度,节约了研究时间及成本,更适用于评价溶栓治疗效果的实验研究。
Objective: To explore a convenient and practical MCA embolic model for thrombolysis. Methods: The MCA embolic model was established by using the autologous blood clots in rat from the carotid artery to mid- dle cerebral artery with a retention needles. Results: The model group had a high success rate and low mortality, and the infarction volume fitted in the accepted method. Conclusion: The model is stable ,reliable with a high success rate,greatly reducing the difficulty in operation,saving time and research cost,which may be useful in e- valuating the safety and efficacy of thrombolytie therapies.
