颈夹脊电针治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on Cervical Jiaji Electro Acupuncture Treatment of Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis

目的观察颈夹脊电针治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组应用颈夹脊电针治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗,每日1次,1周治疗5次,治疗1个月。比较两组NPQ、简式麦-吉尔疼痛问卷(MPQ)的评分,判断两组的治疗效果。结果两组治疗前各项指标评分比较差别不大(均P>0.05)。两组治疗后和治疗前比较,评分均改善(均P<0.01),且治疗组治疗后指标评分改善优于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率、治愈率比较差别不大(P>0.05)。治疗组愈显率76.66%,优于对照组的46.66%(P<0.05)。结论颈夹脊电针治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效显著,优于常规针刺疗法。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of electro-acupuncture treatment on Cervical Jiaji of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy patients, Methods; The 60 Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy patients were randomly divided into two groups-the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group. Pa- tients in the treatment group were treated with Cervical Jiaji electro acupuncture and patients in the other group were treated by acupuncture at Jiaji points simply. The patients took the treatment once per day,5 times a week and the treatment lasted for one month. The curative effect by comparing the score of NPQ and MG-Gill Pain Questionnaire （MPQ） were compared. Results： Comparing the scores after the treatment in two groups, the differ- ence of before and after the treatment,~ve found the differences were statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Comparing the total improvement rate of two group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. By comparing clin- ical curative effect in two groups,we found the differences were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. However,the rate of cure and efficiency in two groups were not statistically significant（P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical cu- rative effect of electro-acupuncture treatment on Cervical Jiaji of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy patients has an obvious curative effects,better than conventional therapy on acupuncture Jiaji points simply.
