健脾利水汤治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变临床观察

Clinical Observation of Jianbilishui Decoction in the Treatment for Central Serous Chorioretinopathy

目的观察健脾利水汤治疗早期中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSC)的疗效观察。方法将CSC患者77例(77眼)随机分成治疗组41眼与对照组36眼。对照组给予复合维生素B、肌苷片治疗;治疗组给予中药健脾利水汤口服。两组均以14 d为1疗程,共2个疗程,两疗程间休息3 d。结果治疗后两组视力均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),黄斑水肿均有消退(P<0.05);组间比较,治疗组视力提高与黄斑水肿消退情况较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为90.24%,明显高于对照组的69.44%(P<0.05)。结论健脾利水汤治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变效果较好。

Objective： to observe the effect of Jianbilishui Decoction on Central Serous Chorioretinopathy. Method： 77 eyes were divided into 2 groups- 41 in the treatment group and 36 in the control group. The control group were treated with Vitamin B,and Inosine Tablets,while the treatment group were treated with Jianbilishui Decoction. There were two courses of treatment for both groups ,lasting for 14 days with -day interval between the courses. Results： after treatment,the vision of both groups were improved, compared with pre-treatment （P 〈 0.05） ;macular and edema faded （P〈 0.05）. The data of treatment group was obviously better than that of the con- trol group （P〈 0.05）. The total effect rate of treatment group （90.24%） was higher than that of control group （69.44%） （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Jianbilishui Decoction has a good effect on CentrM Serous Chorioretinopathy.
