门座起重机回转电机闭环矢量控制的改造

摘要 门座起重机回转机构在V/F或开环矢量控制的情况下,瞬间高电流现象明显,对变频器冲击较大,容易造成IGBT击穿等问题。闭环矢量控制能够明显提高设备运行的平顺性,大幅降低驱动器故障率。闭环矢量控制系统改造后,缓解了设备长期运行后因机械磨损等造成的电机负荷偏差现象,减少了对驱动器的冲击,同时对机械硬性连接部分有保护作用。 If a portal crane slewing mechanism works with V/F or open - loop vector control mode, the phenomena of high momentary current can be apparently observed. This will cause great impact on the frequency converter, and may bring about IGBT breakdown problem. Close - loop vector control can evidently improve the equipment running smoothness and greatly reduce driver failure rate. This paper introduces a technical renovation practice which demonstrates that the close - loop vector control system renovation alleviates motor load deviation phenomenon resulted from mechanical wears due to long - term equipment operation. It can further reduce the impact to the driver and be helpful to protect hard mechanical coupling parts.
