This article main analyzes the characteristics of the production process JLQ45t -45m rail heavy box gird- er gantry crane. The processing know -hows and key technologies involved are discussed. The specifics that need to be improved or carefully considered are identified for such gantry crane girders to be successfully fabricated. Some quality problems after the product is shaped are resolved. The practice may be viewed as future reference for fabrication and testing of gantry crane girders.
