摘要
分析了上海市工程渣土管理处置现状、存在的主要问题和原因,提出了构建工程渣土"两点一线"管理处置体系等一系列相关对策措施和保障政策。
The status, problems and reasons of construction waste management and disposal in Shanghai was analyzed. The relevant countermeasures and securiW policies of construction waste management and disposal system with two points and one line were put forward.
