摘要
在不是高温高压的情况下,化工生产中的液位控制一般难度不大,但是在控制小容积而且介质是易起泡沫的槽、罐、池时,还是经常遇到溢流泡沫、虚假液位造成溢流或抽空等问题。本文以选矿车间磨浮工段药剂高位槽和尾矿池液位控制的应用实例来说明这些问题的解决办法。介绍了两种利用差压法来测量液位的方法,有效地消除泡沫的办法和利用分段控制的方法控制液位。
Not under the condition of high temperature and high pressure, liquid level control in the chemical production is not very difficult. But when we control small tank or pool which medium is easy foaming, certain problems often exist ,such as overflowing bubble, overflowing liquid, empting tank ,etc. This article takes the level control of potion elevated tank and tailings pool in ore-dressing workshop for example to illustrate the solutions of these problems. This article introduces two kinds of the method of using the differential pressure to measure the liquid level,the effective method eliminating foam,and the subsection control method for controlling liquid level.
