基于组织模块化的双元式组织创新研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文总结了领导式双元、情境式双元、结构式双元三种传统的双元式创新模式,结合组织模块化理论,从双元式创新中应用式创新和探索式创新的两个方向进行了组织模块化尝试,分析了组织模块化下的双元创新优势以及双元式创新的模块化平衡机制,构建了在传统市场和新兴市场两个维度下双元式模块化创新的九宫矩阵,为双元式创新的研究提供了新的思路。
